Instructions for abstract Submission
To obtain a username and a password, please access the "Registration" menu and fill out all the required data. You will then receive an e-mail containing the username and the password to access the abstract submission platform.

After accessing the platform, you will be directed to your "Personal Area", where you should choose "Create new abstract". Your abstract can be saved in one of two ways:

By clicking "Save as draft": this allows you to come back later and edit your abstract. If you choose to save as a "Save as draft", your abstract will not be submitted.
By clicking "Save and submit": this will submit your abstract. You will not be able to edit it later, only view it.

In either case you will receive an e-mail update of the status of your abstract ("Saved as draft" or "Saved and submitted"). You can submit any number of abstracts: just click "Create new abstract" for each new abstract you wish to submit.

Important Dates:

Registration and abstract submission open: 15 October, 2015

Abstract submission deadline: 25 January 2016

Notification of abstract acceptance: 15 February 2016

The EFCAP invite authors, scholars and practitioners to submit abstracts for presentation at the 5th EFCAP Congress. All abstracts must be submitted in English and in Word or PDF format using the below structure. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to propose an alternative format of presentation to that suggested by applicants.


Oral and poster presentations:

The authors should submit an abstract of no more than 250 words and three to five keywords, with the following headlines: 1) background, 2) objectives, 3) method, 4) results and 5) conclusion.


Symposia:

The authors should submit an abstract of no more 600 words, with three to five presentations. Symposia submissions should include a title and the organizer identification. It also should include a title, an abstract and the name of the authors (with the presenting person outlined in bold).


Poster Prize. Poster presentations will be appreciated by a Jury of three senior experts. Appreciation will obey to predefined criteria, including: 1) relevance of the work, 2) clearness of the presentation, 3) visual presentation, and 4) implications for the scientific knowledge and/or practice. The best poster presentation, as well two honorable mentions, will be awarded during the closing ceremony.
